"The other candidate for Bolivia's best vegetarian kitchen serve up creative, well-spiced (is that real curry?) almuerzos, German-style gateaux and pastries in a bright an airy setting. A la carte dinner highlights include pizza and veggie lasagna. There's also a German and English-language book exchange."
The almuerzos are particularly good value at around 14 Bs. for soup, main, dessert, and a drink. Some days are better than others, but their quiche and falafel come particularly recommended (by me).
