  plz make a counter ticket that is for ppl who already pay their ticket online because there is only 1, yes one counter only tat is there near the gold class door. this is because some ppl are booking make those who already paid online hv to wait for them while the movie is going to start. paid already still hv to stay in line so long for those who is booking n paying.. haiz.. make two counter at there plz.. so those who already paid only can direct take their ticket. we are your customer plz improve!!! i wish i can say it direct to the face but it was so long line at the back although there is a signboard say ' plz tell it to us if not good, if good tell to fren' something like tat. wan to buy corn in cup the person say is not ready yet.. =.= 12pm movie leh still not ready...
