  I have recently purchased at flat in block A/6. Accomodation of flats is so good and coverd area is excellent but the posotion of stairs is so pain full and risky due to water overflow in the duck area where the water storage tanks installed. I have shocked to view the iron rods are visible and destroyed badly. It seems that no one has care about the precious lives and specially children who several times go up and down getting risk of staris or a part could fell down on their heads. I am worried, if this type of ignorance continue from the walfare association of the project, there might be some serious accident and injuries of innocent people living here and at the same time loss of property. Regards and hopping from the concerned authorities take action to resolve this serious issue.
