Oldest Movie Studio in Los Angeles (outside Hollywood), and one of the smallest lots.

Built by Hobart Bosworth, a famous actor, in 1913. It was where Mary Pickford got her start in Hollywood (and lived in a house on the lot). Owned later by famed director Robert Aldrich (as Aldrich Studios). Now a rental lot.

Parent company, Occidental Entertainment Group, is a holding company with properties and a total of 12 sound stages located all over greater Hollywood, making it a significant presence in the sound stage rental business.
