  • this use to be the most controversial bahay kubo sa ayala alabang. the owner won't give up. until such time they have to. it can't compete with the high rising buildings plus the influential delelopment of the area. the place is becoming an eye sore to the developer.

  • legend says, the owner was a hardinero of the madrigal family and that vacant lot was the "pamana". A lucky man if this is true!
  • none of those were true!! nu b kayo. Caretaker sila ng Madrigal. and they are not squatter. They were paid to take close care of the estate.
  • The old man took care of it. They were offered at least 150 million pesos, plus a house and lot inside Ayala Alabang but would not take it. He probably left it to his children to decide what to do. So my guess is they took close to 200 or more million pesos. Now it is developing. Jollibee. Chowking. Standard chartered bank. The map, as of today 15 November 2008 still shows green grass. So we know the satellite image takes a long time to update.
