  • Eric Cerojano spent almost all his Working Hours in Supervising the Plant. Its almost his Second House for the Love of his Job. Dito na siya, nagtatrabaho, Kumakain at natutulog even during New Year and Chrorsistmas Day. 24 hour job kung walang reliever na Manager or Supervisor.
  • Eric Cerojano manned the Purefoods Plant even during Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Maunday Thursday and Good Friday. He sometimes stayed in the Plant for more than 24 hours when no reliever Manager or Supervisor replaces his post. With such effort, the company's plant became the safest and one of the most progressive in the Philippines. Eric left the Plant after being hired as Maintenance Planner by a top Food Company based in Western Australia. He was selected among other Purefoods Engineers and Supervisors and other companies' managers who applied for the position. A bad blood co-employee in Purefoods is jealous of Eric's good fate.
