Isla Blanca Urbanization is located on the north west part of Ibiza. Isla Blanca lay dormant as a place to live for about 20 years, but recently has enjoyed an upsurge of popularity due to the arrival of several wealthy and famous people from Madrid. With the strong spanish ecomony it has become "the place to be" for Spanish yuppy types seeking a summer villa.

  • "The place to be for spanish yuppies" ?....it`s a joke!
  • Some people think that the charme of this place has gone since some newly-rich people are building houses and pools too close to each other making the place look like a madrid backyard. Some others think, they need 3,50 m high walls around their property there to achieve "privacy". And in the end it will most likely look like an example of bad taste, ruthlessly exploiting nature and giving money its stupid way.
  • once and never again! We stayed there last summer, of course, wanted to celebrate there. The owner assured us, that we would be all alone, but the neighboring houses are extremely close .The enemy blessed neighbors immediately called the police, who was also extremely aggressive. For pensioners ideal, but not for a group.
