Dillingham Airfield (IATA: HDH, ICAO: PHDH) is a regional airport of the State of Hawai'i. Located on the North Shore of O'ahu near the unincorporated town of Waialua.

Most flights to Dillingham Airfield originate from commuter airports on the other Hawaiian islands by unscheduled air taxis and general aviation. It is also used as a recreation facility, a base for glider soaring, hang-gliding, parachuting and sky jumping.

Dillingham was also used to simulate an African airport in the "backstory" episode of Mr. Eko on the hit TV show 'Lost'
