  This is a really old oil depot. The south portion of this area had been closed already. From the year 2000 to 2002 I saw some driving students use this area for practicing their driving skills. I would not recommend driving your car here though especially if your car doesn't have lighting arrestor installed in the muffler. The risk of starting a fire is just not acceptable.
