Locatd in 128 Pokfulam Road. It was built in 1931 by the father-in-law of Sir Ti-liang Yang, GBM, SPMB, JP (He was Chief Justice of Hong Kong from 1988 to 1996 and was the only ethnic Chinese to hold this office during British colonial rule).
Hong Kong government had listed the house as a historical building.
