Zimmer Tower (Lier)

Originally a tower from the inner city wall, called Cornelius Tower. In 1930 a centenary clock ("Jubelklok") was constructed in the tower to commemorate 100 years of independence of Belgium by local watchmaker Louis Zimmer who subsequently gave his name to the tower.
