The Galloping Goat is a rare example of authentic French provincial cooking, architecture and dining style hiding in beautiful rural Victoria. Chef Michael Renoux (born and bred in Brittany) has chosen North-Eastern Victoria to work his culinary magic because of its diverse produce, pure climate and crystal clear water. Even in France it would be difficult to beat his delectable assiette provencal - a lavishly presented plate with pork terrine, local rabbit fillets, house-smoked trout, pickled hand-picked fungus and local chicken roulade.
