La Inmobiliari is a neigbourhood located at the north side of Torrelavega, Spain. It is composed mostly by apartments' blocks built in the 70s and in the 80s. Some of those are in bad conditions. The neighbourhood is known by its diversity of languages, cultures and nationalities, because many inmigrants came to live in that area. You can find many shops to call to your country if you're a foreigner. It has only one park in its north side, the rest is completely covered by buildings. It's not beautiful but it has a great diversity of cultures in such a small space.
