Santiago dela Cruz Building (SFC) is the first building established by the University of the East. It is commonly used by the BA student who take up marketing, economics, finance, managerial accounting, accountancy, management, etc.
Began as the Philippine College of Commerce and Business Administration in 1946. Renamed the College of Business Administration in 1963.
The building also houses the administration office of the university.
