Public hospital in the administrative region of Santa Maria, in the Federal District. The hospital has a total area of 43 thousand square meters, with 340 beds common, 44 beds in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and an auditorium with capacity for 150 people. There is care in all clinical specialties unit, classified as medium-sized, or secondary level. The Hospital is the second largest public health system in the Federal District.

The hospital is equipped with latest technology in the field of radiology. In approximately two months after the inauguration, the hospital received echographs equipment, MRI, CT and x-ray devices. The unit also has a computerized system and several video cameras to assist in the internal security of the site.
