In Zwickau-Mosel the VW Saxony GmbH Head Office and the VW passenger automobile plant have been hosted. The product portfolio is composed of Golf and Passat automobiles. For delivery to the VW plant "Gläserne Manufaktur" also the Phaeton and Bentley chassis are produced here completely. The plant is the biggest business unit in the former eastern part of germany (exports accounting of approx. 40%). The product quality character give the plant highest standing inside of VW corporation.
