Formerly Neiman Marcus 100,000-square-foot store’s facade is a two-story-tall, 650-foot-long horizontal ribbon of nickel-colored stainless steel, meant to represent the undulating folds of a woman’s dress. The exterior is made up of three types of glass that refract light to give off the colors of bronze, silver and champagne.
