The Duisburg-Ruhrort ports are located in Duisburg at the mouth of the Ruhr in Germany. They are the largest inland port in Europe, the combined port facilities (public and private) comprise the largest inland port in the world. With a total area of 10 square kilometres the actual port area runs from the mouth of the Ruhr along the Rhine to Duisburg-Rheinhausen.
