beach, rocks
This beach is made entirely of rocks! Make sure to wear some sandals and bring extra towels to pad if you plan to tan. The water is always wonderfully cold. Be sure to try to bring some rocks up from the bottom to make the raft into a diving board, by weighing down one side.
Schoolhouse Beach received its name because of the log schoolhouse built there in 1850. Admire the smooth stone beach but do not take any . There is a stiff fine for anyone who removes a part of this Island's treasure.
