Or Sui-fen-ho city, is a county-level city in Mudanjiang prefecture, Heilongjiang, China situated where the former Chinese Eastern Railway crosses the Russian border.

The city shares the name of the Suifen River.

Suifenhe and the surrounding border areas were scenes of vicious combat when the Soviet Union invaded Japanese-occupied Manchuria in August 1945.
