Agricultural Community "Zhavoronok" was first inhabited in 1990th. According to some information large-scale construction activities were held in the late eighties in this area. There is big concern, that this area can contain hidden underground facilities masked with civilian buildings. In 2002 a former Russian agent dislosed the classified information, saying "there were 3 SCUD launchers hidden there".
