Subject: Claim of Compensation of Over Days Custody Case No. 14747/2013 Airport Dubai Jail Card No. 207785 Dear Sir, This is with reference to the above case of Dubai Airport, through which I have punished for six month alongwith fine of 30,000/- UAE Dirham. Please note hath I have complete the tenure of my punishment as well as the payment of fine of 30,000 UAE Dirham. Apart from the above I would like to draw your attention to my punishment period which was started from 26 April 2013 and ended on 16 October 2013 consisted 173 days. The chart of which is set out as under:- Months Days April 04 May 31 June 30 July 31 August 31 September 30 October 16 Total 173 ==== Please appreciate that the punishment period in accordance with the above case was contained on 138 days (i.e. 23 X 6 = 138). Accordingly, I have punished for 35 extra days. In the light of the above I would request you to kindly pay me an amount of 3,500/- UAE Dirham on account of Niyaba.
