  • Why is this an example of of corruption? Do you mean all people in the Philippines who have more monney then You have... is corrupt? If people who have monney should not do inwestments in projects like this, it should be NO progress in the Phils. I think it is bigger reason to look harder to peoples who trow all the garbage all over in the Philippine nature. I'm from Norway(almoust an non corupt country), and visit the Phils often. The philippines is sooooooo nice by nature but peoples all trow their garbage all over.... Everywhere you go it is garbage around your feet. Thats is real disapointing for me as a tourist in your country. This hotel is made to make tourists become interested to visit your country...end tourists realy put a lot of money behind to the local ppls too.. If the Philippines was more clean of garbage, the tourists also should like the Phils even more and like to come back and spend even MORe monney in the local enviroment.
