This building housed an 8-screen AMC movie theater next on the perimeter of Granite Run Mall. It was added to the mall in 1987 and closed in 2020, due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Several businesses are adjacent to the theater on its south side, facing Baltimore Pike/US 1. Currently, a Friendlys restaurant and Virtual LAN Gaming Center entertainment arena occupy two of the four storefronts available. Former tenants include Kildare's Irish Pub, Pizzeria Uno, and Red Lobster.
