Archevêché (Rouen)

France / Haute-Normandie / Rouen

These buildings were erected in the 15C and reworked in the 18C. There is a powerful facade and turrets with a military air. Through the doorway from the Ruede Bonnetiers, you'll notice the interior facade. The gable end perforated with the remains of a window is the only remains of the chapel where on 29th May 1431 the trial of Joan of Arc finished. (viamichelin.com)
