The name of the I-5 and State Route 432 Interchange (Exit 36), borrowed from a railroad term that simply means a Y-shaped interchange. This $45 million dollar project improved the I-5 interchange at SR 432 , and the adjacent SR 432 interchange at Talley Way. It was completed in 2011. The new interchanges eliminate weaving conditions, create better connections to existing roads, increase capacity and decrease congestion.
