  • I sent a redbox for islamabad on 3 feb 2012 from ur office at qta cantt and the package was not delivered to my relatives till today cuz ur delivery van was robbed at khuzdar. BUT NO ONE FROM TCS CALLED/ SMS ME TO INFORM THAT. what ur customer care is doing...now i havent got a reciept(cuz no one keeps it for this much timed and i thought that it must have been delivered). i have sent a written application to tcs qt today for seeking update/ consignment number as u book everything on a computer. plz check ur record of 3 feb (the details should be in ur cptr) and give me an answer.

  • I have no word to write about this bad service who has not any record more than 45 days form the posting date. It should must be noticed by the Govt.as TCS is also conected with Govt.sectors. I advice to people that avoide to use this bad service.
  • I think TCS service is more worst. They claim we deliver within 24 hour but take more than 4 days even within province.Improve ur service otherwise so many other couriers which r providing service more efficient and quick
  • Dear TCS Users this is to inform you guys that TCS is the most pathetic service i have ever seen, Due to there delivery pace we (engineering consultants) lost 6 million and today again they didn't find a very simple address and apparently we lost the project. We are not going to use this service anymore and i suggest you ppl that don't go for tcs ever.
  • TCS, the most pathetic courier ever.Karachi to Multan shipment placed in their Karachi office on 02 Jan 2017 had reached their Multan office 11:00 a.m. on 03rd Jan 2017 but they could not deliver it to the destination address in Multan till 05th Jan, 04:00 p.m. They did not contact either the sender or the intended recipient. They wont tell you who is the rider. They cant tell you where your shipment is lying right now. I think , people of Pakistan deserve a better service than this dying out 03rd grade courier.

The thing is that shipper did a fraud with me he sent a leather jecket from luda market instead of new one which is in very bad condition and he charged me Rs.3250.   • Dear facilitator In this cut throat competitive market your services are getting worst day by day. I am the resident of Dhamial camp Rawalpindi just 3 km away from your main collection point Lal Kurti Rawalpindi. Unfortunately due to the company policy I am bound to use your worst services from last 7 years and your territory managers couldn't include our residential area. Perhaps 3 to 4 km is more away then China where you claim for good services. I will convey the same to my management as well who are having more then 2000 employees in all our Pakistan using your unsatisfied services.

  • TCS may be best service when it comes to diliver packages but a few things need to improve ( appearance of their dilivery staff ) today on 27-4-2018 a package was dilivered at my residence by TCS person sent by allied bank around 2.55 pm package tracking # LE983788919 . The dilivery person was wearing a mask unable to identify who he was wearing a bandana and mas,k looks like he was at the house for a robbery very scary for house women to open the door or do any kind of communication. This is absolutely un acceptable professional look from a reputable company like yours ,please correct this ASAP SO the word doesn't go around in town to hurt your name.
  • One consignment was booked from chakwal on 13 Aug 18 for Karachi. Which is not still delivered to me. I checked tracking status which shows hold in TCS office due to non service area. My area is in center of City where daily TCS bike Rider and ur van come to deliver consignment. My address is CPO (civil) hanif SRE Karsaz shrea Faisal Karachi. I don't understand y my very very important consignment yet not delivered to me after six days. PL enquire it and inform me who is guilty reg this. I who trust on TCS or ur staff who not bother to contact me yet. Thank u Malik imtiaz

  • Dear Customer Services Department, Your below e-mail reply never serve my requirements to get back my money. Shipper information you have provided in your previous e-mails are fake. Could you please expedite how you have arrange agreement for courier services to the company which do not have any permanent address nor contact numbers working. As per federal and provincial Government services providing laws, you have to care and protect the customer without involving in the cheating and fraudulent activities. Now I understands you are also the part of said fraudulent activities that’s way you are saving said online supplier company providing me its fake contact details. This is my final notice to you to provide me correct details of shipper or pay back my money. otherwise, I shall knock the door of other Government plateform for justice.   • I caught TCS cheating on my Hazir order, I have screen shots of how their staff meddled with the order changing the time of delivery. Everything was sent to their complaint department. 18 days passed and nothing happened. People, track your orders and take screen shots because their are cheating!
  • Hello TCS Intl, I would like to inform you that your Pakistan TCS Operational, Sales Team involved with Fraud Business , They are working with Fraud online Business . TCS Opening Fraud Business Account for Shipment. They are not taking their proper ID , Or Office address , in my Case. TCS provided Seller Information which is totally Fake and seller address is Wrong . Upon contacting to TCS Customer support , they clearly said sorry we cannot do anything , we can just provide you Sender information and take COD from you. in parcel you receive Only Bin Waste or what ever thats not our concern , also we cannot provide you sender personal information , because they are paying us for account holding .. yes it is true the TCS customer representative clearly said over Recorded Phone call that account holder whose i am talking about fraud one , they are paying for their account to tcs and tcs Encouraging them to do online fraud. but TCS is in fully support of these online scammers without their verification , because they just need bloody Money at the end of the day.

  • Very sad, all the given numbers and attendants at complaint cell are not responding well. we haven,t feel any sense of responsibility from any corner where it is local office or office of dispatch. To every phone call they reply that complaint has been forwarded and will be resolve and does not give any time frame. Its 12th day of a consignment booked from Karachi not delivered yet at Abbottabad, more over there is no one to take pain to resolve. Due to irresponsible behavior, of staff, the company loosing their repute day by day as compare to their competitor.
  • Asalam o Alaikum We are working with TCS, Karachi, Pakistan since long time for our products delivery and I want to bring this in your notice that your COD department is very irresponsible and have un proffessional behaviour. They are making us wondering here and there for our payments for months...Still we have a big amount to be received but on calling them they either drops the call or refused to listen our complian..They are not giving us our payments...Kindly take a serious notice and make some corrections regarding this issue as many like us are suffering from the same.Our bussiness circulation depends on these amounts and COD department is failed to give us the good services. And due to this irresponsible behaviour of your staff, TCS is loosing the repute as compare to the other services..
  • my id card arrived at rawalpindi tcs office 31/01/2019 and not received until today 07/01/2019. tcs claimed for 24 hours deleviry service. it is 3rd class service and vey expensive. very bad experience.

  • Same issues with me also. My driving licence is pending since 4months they said the delivery would be done within 7working days. I almost called every office here in Karachi no one has the info about it. Visited several branches but still no clues. Ill not prefer TCS to any body. Stupid silly services.
