Ion Besoiu Cultural Center - former Culture House of the Trade Unions

Built in 1973, the House of Culture of the Trade Unions offers three halls:
Great Hall, 400 sqm with 508 seats (former 760 seats), an additional 30 seats for people with disabilities, used for concerts and theater performances
Small Hall, arranged in the amphitheater structure, on an area of 120 sqm, capacity of 109 seats
Venice Hall with an area of 340 square meters, has the possibility to accommodate up to 250 people in the banquet, U shape, classroom or boardroom configuration. The room has a modular design
The House of Culture of the Trade Unions is the traditional venue of the Sibiu International Jazz Festival.
The building was almost completely renovated, from June 1, 2018 it becomes the Ion Besoiu Cultural Center.
