The Supreme Federal Court (Portuguese: Supremo Tribunal Federal, STF), is the Brazilian Supreme Court, the highest court of law of the Federative Republic of Brazil. It can declare the unconstitutionality of laws passed by the Congress.

The members of the court, who are called ministers (Ministro), are appointed by the President and approved by the Senate. They face compulsory retirement at age 70.
