  Don't try to use Thornhill Park and Ride (TPR) after 9:15am Monday to Friday because its full by then. BUT the car hating Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) don't tell you that until after you have entered TPR. You will then probably spend the next 10 minutes trying to get out as OCC has constructed a narrow tortuous route which your queue of 30 cars is trying to negotiate with several in front holding you up why they try fruitlessly to find somewhere to leave their car as there are no alternatives. Why hasn't anybody at Oxfordshire County Council been fired over their refusal to expand Thornhill Park and Ride into the surrounding fields and for the utter waste of tax payer paid for, 100 to 200 car parking spaces taken up by the pointless, meaningless, oversized, two storey, glass emporium for their staff to wallow in and the countless use of 'designer', you mustn't park on this verge or this designer hedgerow or on this pointless tarmac anti parking spaces? Obviously the same idiots were responsible for the designer car parking at Oxford's Nuffield Orthopedic Hospital - calculate how many car parking spaces will be needed, halve it and fill up all spare spaces with trees, wide open expanses of paving slabs and grass, which is now a sea of mud due to 'illegal' parking. This gives the excuse for our cash spending council to employ somebody to spend their time sticking notices on the dozens, maybe hundreds of cars parked all over the designer grass. When will OCC admit its mistakes and fire those responsible and recover the vast sums paid to pointless consultants who dreamt up the anti car culture of OCC?
