Wo Hop Shek is an area in the south of Fanling, Hong Kong. The area is famous for its large public cemetery, Wo Hop Shek Public Cemetery, on the nearby hillside. Every year, during the Ching Ming Festival and Chung Yeung Festival, many people would come to visit their ancestors.
Wo Hop Shek Crematorium is located at Kiu Tau Road and next to Wo Hop Shek Cemetery. There are a Chinese service hall, a Christian service hall and cremators. Located 5 minutes' walk from the crematorium office, there are a columbarium and a garden of remembrance, in which people can scatter the ashes of the deceased.
