Housing estate built by controversial constructor Francisco Hernando, known as "El Pocero" (the pitman). It is a new district of Seseña, built in the property called "El Quiñón", with buildings of different heights, with gardens and an artificial lake. The sight of this neighbourhood in the middle of the Castilian steppe, waterless and several kilometers away from other housing areas strikes greatly. The housing state is also known as "Pocerolandia" (Pitmanland) in the press.
