Damon Prison

Israel / Haifa / Tirat Karmel /
This Prison was established during the British Occupation of Palastine as a’ Tobacco warehouse’, it was constructed to breed humidity to preserve the Tobacco Leaves. In 1948 it was taken by Israel and converted to a Prison for the Palestinian Resistance and hold over 440 prisoner now, although it maximum capacity 300 only.
سجن الدامون

أقيم هذا السجن منذ زمن الانتداب البريطاني كمستودع للدخان، بحيث روعي في بنائه توفير الرطوبة لحفظ أوراق الدخان. وبعد عام 1948 وضعت إسرائيل يدها عليه و تم تحويله إلى سجن . يضم حوالي 440 معتقلا في حين يستوعب مبناه في الأصل 300 فقط .
