  The Union security head is in bed with a corrupt Captain at the Jackson Police Department and forbids enforcement of Federal ADA parking laws on "his" campus. Tickets which have been issued in the past are quickly found and made to disappear in violation of Tennessee State Law. For such an upstanding University it seems like a double standard that their students are not treated like the rest of the citizens of the city.
