This historic Bay Village 1927 Renaissance Revival building has had many incarnations through out the years. Built for the Boston Consolidated Gas Co., it was part of the University of Massachusetts Boston campus in the 1960s and 1970s, and more recently it housed the Boston Renaissance Charter School.

The Arlington has now been converted in to residential units.
