Tai Tam Upper Reservoir is located at Tai Tam Reservoir Road. The construction of the reservoir started in 1883 and was completed in 1889. It is the second reservoir in Hong Kong. The dam, two stone bridges, the inlet portal and the valve house are classified as Grade I historic buildings.
