Free beer today! Well, that used to be the case - Monash was well known as a radical campus in the 1960s, but that has changed.

A campus that offers many disciplines, including, but not only, Medicine, Law, Science, Computer Science, Arts, Bioethics, Business/Commerce, and Engineering.

It is not easy to get to - although public transport is excellent and will get you all the way there frequently, it is out of the way, but this gives it a stronger sense of "user" unity than more centralised universities like RMIT or Melbourne University.

Magic mushrooms grow in its plentiful gardens, including outside the Law Faculty library - which added a nice sense of f-you to the whole 'shroom experience.
