  Tradewinds (MA44) is no longer accessible except by PPR. Owned by a conservancy trust, the grantee retains rights to fly, and grants permission to his friends. The primary use of the land now is a dog walk area, known to locals as a great place to train and exercise your mutts off leash (although the Land Bank says otherwise!).
