  • Really love your ideas! We have 10 acres outside a tiny city in Grays Harbor County, which we have dreamed of doing similarly, but have become sidetracked by Life. How do aging persons do in CoHousing? Does the community look out for them? How do elders contribute to the Community [besides money, as so many elders simply live on so little]? Have you formed plans on how those who wish to live in your Co housing, can contribute, or how the place will be laid out, and what type of buildings can be placed? [We lean towards very durable extremely low maintenance buildings, such as Monolithic Domes, Earth ships, Earth bag bldgs, etc.--but age and infirmity have caught up with us before having chance to build them!] Will have more questions later.. Meanwhile, keep up the good work!
