Designed c. 1911 by Louis Sullivan as the People's Savings Bank of Cedar Rapids. The interior of the building featured clerestory walls of glass with murals by Allen Philbrick depicting life in rural Iowa.

After the Cedar Rapids flood of 2008, the bank closed but has been converted into a restaurant in the time since.
