Serra de Santa Helena, also known as saw blade, is located 7 km to the northwest and the center of the city of Sete Lagoas. The highest peak reaches about 1,076 meters altitude. It has a ramp to practice free flight, being the most common form paragliding. On its top is the little Church of St. Helena and the cruise, where you get a panoramic view of the city. Another attraction is the mountain of the Cascade Park with restaurants, sports facilities, parking, beach and artificial lake.
