I need a copy of one of their hydro bills. Mr. Fortier, the Archivist, in Chibougamau, Quebec, has telephone book pages of 1960 to 1970 proving that my parents lived at 277 Merrill Road, Chibougamau, Quebec.I would be so happy if Hydro Quebec could find in their files one of my parents' hydro bills.
