During soviet period of Russian history this territory was just an empty space reserved for future building activity. It was planned to construct a cinema theatre with original exterior design in here but on misfortune only first two floors were built to be adandoned shortly after that.
The walls were finaly crushed to dust at late 90-s so the terriory of modern Baumanskii Garden became wasteland.
