Inhabited by many finnish speakers. Post WWII resettlement wooden houses interspersed with some impressive (not all in a good way) New Russian mansion. Down the road the Sovkhoz (or what are they called these day?) still works. Lots of summer camps going on in the summer in the forests behind the village.
