Dangerous Intersection to avoid by any means possible. There should really be coordinated traffic lights here.
I have learned that many folks that live here don't know how to react to a four way stop sign and the city should really coordinate traffic lights. Whether drivers here have accident insurance or not will be up to you to learn when you get hit as I was.
