House burgundy with rich decoration.
Each window can be called a work of art: a miniature columns and luxury "toothy" cornice.
The building was formerly known as the home of the citizens of Kiev Orthodox religious and educational society. Built in 1903, the mansion in the neo-Russian style by architect Eugene Ermakov. He was in high demand, and served as the diocesan architect. Architectural Ermakova creations can be seen in Frolovsky, Vudubickiy, as well as the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra (Flavian library, building №5), housing singers of the Metropolitan Choir (housing №6), Lavra hospital with the church (the body №111).
