Godlia (Oslo )

The suburban area Godlia, which translates to Good Hillside, truly lives up to its name. It is situated along metro line 3 with a splendid view over Oslo looking south west. It contains the forest Godliaskogen, protected due to its large number of various tree sorts. As being situated close to the both Østensjøvannet bird reservate and the wildlife habitat Østmarka you will also find a suprisingly high variation of wildlife in Godliaskogen considering the urban surroundings.
