Jimbe

Jimbe is mostly an agricultural community. It is about 2.5 hours from Chimbote, and about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Casma. As of 2010 there are bridges along the route in places that once required fording as late as 1995. It is a place where the people are friendly and curious. It is proud, tranquil and safe. Mostly Spanish is sopoken here.
