MASH was established in 1978 by Mr Youssef LAZAAR as a Computer outpout Microfiche services company for banks and government establishments , but soon found the way to the then begening market of I.T ,in the eighties of the last century the company realized great succes under the management of the late HABIB CHOUCHANE , who disappeared in 1988 , a management buyout was carried out and the new owners continued the growth , the compnay was managed for the following three years by Mr.KAMEL SHABOU , who handed the management to Mr RIADH HANNACHI in 1992 , a split of the compnay was necessary for diverging strategic points of view and Mr SHABOU with another of the four share holders Mr. NOURDINE BOUAYED went on to manage the UNICOM subisidary , while Mr HANNACHI continued with Mr YACINE ZAIER a succes story unprecedented in the sector in TUNISIA for a private company , competition was very stiff from the multinationals like IBM ,UNISYS, BULL, NCR and others , but MASH managed to be the TOP UNIX company in the nineties , in 2005 Mr HANNACHI went on to manage yet another subsidiary of the company specialised in document management software , Mr YACINE ZAIER in managing the compnay untill writing these lines .
