Khojaly (Azerbaijani: Xocalı) is a town in the Khojaly District of Azerbaijan.
The town was the second largest Azerbaijani town in the former Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast until the mass killing and exodus of its Azerbaijani population during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War.
